Steelwater Homes

Steelwater Homes, LLC established in April 2016, is a small local residential building company.  Our niche is small affordable homes located on independent building lots within Volusia County.   We typically build two homes at a time, taking approximately 5 months from building permit to certificate of occupancy.

Our homes are designed and built in the “craftsman” style using materials from local suppliers.

Each home is sold with granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, tile floors, soft close drawers and doors wood cabinets, energy efficient windows, garage door opener and partially landscape yards.
